Why Do We Have a Dress Code?

It is important that our instructors can see body placement of our dancers in the classroom setting for technique and safety reasons. See below for the guidelines that define the attire for your class.

Ballet

 leotard, skirt or ballet shorts,  pink ballet slippers, hair pulled up in a bun

Tap/Jazz/Lyrical/Contemporary

Any color leotard, tank top or shorts , dance pants/leggings, tap shoes/Dance Paws/lyrical shoes, jazz shoes, hair pulled back, NO BAGGY CLOTHES

Hip Hop

T-shirt/tank top, shorts/warm-up pants/leggings, hip hop shoes

Acro

Any color leotard, tank top or shorts, footless or no tights, bare feet
